Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-3 days to let you‬‭ know your order is on the way!‬

‭ DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:‬

‭ For calculated shipping rates:‬‭ Shipping charges for‬‭ your order will be calculated and‬

‭ displayed at checkout.‬

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES‬

‭We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original‬

‭condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.‬

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible‬ at shopcaptioncollection@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We‬‭ address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory‬

‭solution.‬

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to GST/HST or import fees assessed by Canadian customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.
